Build My Van

We are currently booking for spring/summer 2026. Please contact us for an estimated start date.

We have a few foundational components that stay the same with each van build, however, we offer a wide variety of options and design services to create a build that is custom to you.

We also offer a couple pre-existing floor plans that can be the launching point for your build. Both of these floor plans feature “flex space” that can be tailored to your needs, and each offers a wide variety of options and upgrades. (Heated floors? No problem! Modular bed system? We got you!) You’ll have a lot of fun selecting options and finishes to ultimately build a van that is unique to you.

While build times vary based on complexity and scope, most builds take 14-20 weeks to complete.

Each build is unique, and total costs will range significantly based on the components chosen and the level of customization required. Most builds range between $135,000 - $275,000, not including the price of the van.

We typically complete full builds. However, we do offer a floor + seat installation package for those interested in our Limitless Van swivel seat base. Based on availability, we may also install other Limitless Van products like our roof rack and side ladder.

We typically work with the van you already own. However, we do help many of our clients source vans and also occasionally have vans on order that we place with our clients.

We build on Mercedes Sprinters and Ford Transits.

Yes! You can view our Swivel Seat Base on the Products page. Depending on our schedule, we also offer local installation of our side ladder and roof rack at our shop in North Bonneville, WA.

Yes, we offer a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. Our warranty covers any workmanship attributable to Limitless Van. Appliances and other third-party components may be covered under separate warranties by the manufacturer.

While we don't offer in-house financing, we can recommend you to several financial institutions that offer financing for conversion van builds.

Yes, however, we are not able to accommodate drop-in visits. Please schedule an appointment, and we’ll gladly show you around!
