Email us, call us, or fill out the contact us form and a member of our team will reach out to set up an introductory call. We’ll discuss your build–including layout, style, and budget–and answer any questions you have about Limitless Van. We love getting to know our clients, and this initial conversation gives us the information we need to provide an estimate for your build.

We require a non-refundable $1500 deposit (applied to the balance of your build) to reserve your spot on our production schedule.

Three months before your build kick-off, we will meet in person or via zoom to plan out every aspect of your conversion. We’ll finalize the floor plan and decide on components, colors, and finishes. After this meeting, we’ll give you an updated estimate and then get to work preparing 3D renders of your van.

In this final meeting before production, you’ll get to see your conversion come to life in 3D renderings. We’ll review and finalize all options and make changes to any components as necessary. Once you’re in love with the design, we’ll finalize the estimate, send over some paperwork, and invoice you for 50% of the build. Now our team can get started ordering your materials!

You’ll have the van delivered to our shop, and our team will get to work! On average it takes us 12-14 weeks to complete a van conversion, but we’ll send you photos and updates along the way. A few weeks before completion, we’ll invoice you for the remaining balance and schedule your van pickup.

It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for–your new van is finished! You’ll meet us at our shop where our team will walk you through all the features and technologies of your van. We’ll make sure you feel confident before sending you off on your first adventure.
